Like many of you, some of my fondest memories growing up took place outdoors. I can still vividly remember family reunions in Lutsen, Minnesota, on the north shore of Lake Superior. We would hike, bike, swim, climb, eat delicious northwoods food (especially walleye) and generally have an awesome time. The scenery was gorgeous, everyone was in a great mood and we made memories no one there, young or old, will ever forget.
