Customer Service is our #1 Priority

So you’re trying to get through to a certain customer service, and you’re asked to press a million different buttons to get to the correct “department.” When you finally do, you’re placed on hold for 15 minutes while they “look up your information.” Then you find out you weren’t in the right department at all, so you’re placed on hold again while you wait. When someone finally answers, they’re not able to help.

Yeah, we’ve all been there, and it can be infuriating. That’s why we at Midwest Outdoor Resorts pride ourselves on our Member Services. This week, we’re going to take a look at a few reasons why our Membership Services Team is awesome, and can help you with any facet of your vacation. Our Membership Services team works 7 days a week in the summer and 6 days a week in the fall and winter. If you need something, we’re accessible. Have a question about your RV? How about a cabin in Minnesota, or a Caribbean cruise? We’ve got you covered. Vacations and fun are our specialty, and we’ll be more than happy to guide you in the right direction.

3. WE HAVE A GREAT TIME

Our members are our lifeblood (maybe?), and we like to show our appreciation. That’s why we throw tons of member appreciation events at our resorts, like fall festivals, bus tours, picnics and a lot of giveaways! MOR’s Member Services doesn’t just want to talk to you over the phone, we like to meet with you face-to-face! That way you know who you’re talking to and you’re able to build relationships with the staff. We pride ourselves on being there for you in any capacity, so you’re not just speaking to that faceless person over the phone or email (although we’re available there too!).
