History

• In 1983 the Duininck Family purchased property, historically known as the Hart Ranch, just minutes from Mt Rushmore in the vacation destination of the Black Hills.

• In 1984 Hart Ranch Camping Resort Club was launched as a flagship Premier Outdoor Resort. The first of its kind, Hart Ranch epitomized the quality outdoor vacation resort of the future. With an emphasis on family-oriented activities, friendly Midwestern service and a quality built and maintained facility the Hart Ranch gained a nationally recognized reputation in the vacation industry.
  
• After building, operating and completing the membership sales program at Hart Ranch, in 2000 the staff and partners garnered their experience and resources and birthed the dream of a travel system of resorts in the Midwest.
